I had been wanting a new cardigan for a while and came across this one on sale at Target. I paired it with a striped sweater and just some jeans for a casual look. Pretty much the way I look on a regular day. A shout out to my bro Jared for taking these pics for me a while back :) Thanks so much!

This red coat is one of my first purchases at an H&M way back in 2006. I got it on my second ever trip to NYC. I thought it was great and the price just sweetened the deal. I think the tomato color is great, never mind the fact that when I wore it at the airport leaving NYC that the man taking my luggage said "who that's a lot of red". Although I was sort of embarrassed at the time. I now wear it pride! This was the last pic was taken prior to my mom and I coloring my hair on our own at home. I so LOVE the result by the way. Thanks again mom :)

Feeling a bit of a French vibe, oui! This is what I sported on New Years Eve. I wanted to be warm and still wear a skirt. I totally wasn't planning on looking like I belonged at the Louvre. That was just a bonus!

A while back I snagged this faux fur trimmed vest from a thrift store. I love the color and the faux fur is super soft, not scratchy like some faux furs. The toggles on the vest only add to its overall appeal (I am a sucker for them). I chose to go with denim for the rest of the look because I think it pairs especially well with the caramel color of the vest. My workman booties are so comfortable and were the perfect shoe to complete the outdoorsy/casual look. I have to admit that my hair in this post was completely an after thought. Its more the result of laziness than anything else :) I tend to twist it up like this when its wet and I don't want to deal with it. Do you have hair do's like that too?
